Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Mavis Tire Centers provides leadership support to the Store Manager, ensuring efficient, safe, and effective store operations; responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely, high-quality work, and customer satisfaction. Service Manager guides customer tire selections and under-car repair recommendations, directs the workflow of Mechanics/Alignment Technicians/Tire Technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers to assess needs, provides information on required repairs, and aims to meet customer expectations and store standards. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
