Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in the Charlottesville/Crozet, VA area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the retail service center efficiently and safely, schedules technicians, manages work orders, enforces policies, and ensures quality and timely completion of jobs while meeting customer expectations. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to meet customer satisfaction in-store. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties
