Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Mountain Brook, AL. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and upholding customer service standards. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs the workflow of mechanics and technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and ensures satisfaction with in-store experiences and repairs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or automotive repairs/maintenance or combination of education/training/experience demonstrating the ability to perform duties
