Job Summary
Automotive Assistant and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire (NTB/Mavis Tires & Brakes) within the Warrenton, VA area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, safely, and effectively, including scheduling technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely and quality completion of jobs, and upholding customer expectations. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary automotive repairs, directs the workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to ensure customer satisfaction with the in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
