Job Summary
As an Automotive Assistant / Service Manager candidate at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Clinton, MS, you will support store leadership to ensure efficient, safe operations and high-quality customer service. You’ll schedule mechanics and technicians, manage workflow and outside orders, enforce policies and safety standards, and help drive sales initiatives while ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance. The role includes assisting customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repairs, directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, and striving to meet customer expectations and store performance. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
