Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Cambridge/Boston area. Lead and support store operations, enforce policies and safety standards, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage orders, ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repairs, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales initiatives. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians; assist customers with tire selections and repairs; maintain an exceptional in-store experience. Eligible applicants should be 18+, legally permitted to work in the U.S., and have 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales or repair experience or equivalent training.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties and responsibilities
