Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in the Gaithersburg, MD area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, scheduling mechanics/technicians, enforcing policies and procedures, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and delivering a high-quality in-store experience. Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repair services, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires 1 year of automotive parts/tire sales or repair/maintenance experience (or equivalent), ability to work legally in the United States, and 18+ years old. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or equivalent education/training demonstrating ability to perform duties
