Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under-car repair services, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs. Ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and meet customer expectations. This role supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Antioch, IL area.
