Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Merrick/Massapequa area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and safety, and driving customer satisfaction. The Service Manager directs the workflow of mechanics and technicians, assists customers with tire selections and repairs, delivers high-quality vehicle maintenance, and drives sales initiatives while maintaining a positive in-store experience. Open interviews are available; applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant automotive parts/sales or repair experience and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
