Lead and support store operations as an Automotive Assistant Manager or Service Manager at Mavis in Williston, FL. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and ensuring team safety. For the Service Manager role, direct workflow of technicians and tire specialists, support tire selections, communicate with customers about repairs, drive sales initiatives, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
