Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians, stage vehicle repairs, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, recommend services, and drive sales initiatives. Maintain team safety and meet customer expectations for in-store experiences. Full-time role with competitive weekly pay and incentive compensation. Open interviews available 7 days a week; walk-ins accepted during store hours.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
