Job Summary
Lead and support automotive retail operations as an Automotive Assistant/Service Manager at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager to run efficient, safe locations; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; driving customer satisfaction; directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians; assisting customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repairs; delivering high-quality service and meeting customer expectations; and contributing to sales initiatives while maintaining a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, and/or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
