Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct workflow for mechanics and technicians, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance staging to meet customer expectations and drive sales initiatives. Full-time role with competitive weekly pay, health benefits, and 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
