Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintaining safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and ensures a high-quality in-store experience and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of automotive parts and/or tire sales experience and/or 1 year of automotive repairs/maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
