Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager responsibilities at Mavis: support store operations, schedule technicians, enforce policies, manage workflow of mechanics/technicians, guide customer tire selections and under-car repair services, ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction, drive sales initiatives, and communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance; requires leadership ability, experience in automotive parts/sales or repairs, and legal work authorization in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination demonstrating ability to perform duties
