Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics, technicians, and tire staff to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Direct the workflow of alignment and repair technicians to stage vehicle work, manage outside orders, and guarantee timely, high-quality job completion. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repairs, communicating directly to assess needs, provide information, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. This role supports the store manager at one of over 2,000 locations in the Byram Township, NJ area, requiring at least one year of experience in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
