Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire Centers in the Covington/Hammond, LA area. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run efficient, safe operations; scheduling mechanics and technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; delivering customer satisfaction; directing the workflow of mechanics and tire technicians; assisting customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repair services; driving sales initiatives and communicating with customers to meet expectations; promoting a positive in-store experience and safety. Required Qualifications
