Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles responsible for leading store operations, enforcing policies and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, directing workflow of automotive staff, and ensuring high-quality vehicle repair and customer service. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and automotive repairs, drive sales initiatives, and aim for complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely, quality service and maintaining a safe store environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
