Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operation of Mavis retail locations, scheduling mechanics/technicians and managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintaining customer satisfaction and team safety. Service Manager responsibilities include guiding customers through tire selections and necessary under-car repairs, directing the workflow of mechanics and technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers about repairs, and ensuring a positive in-store experience and meeting customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- (1) be at least 18 years of age
- (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States
- (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
