Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, and ensuring timely job completion. Direct the workflow of repair technicians and stage vehicle maintenance while assessing customer needs and recommending tire selections. Communicate directly with customers to explain requested repairs, ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience, and drive sales initiatives. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open interviews are available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
