Job Summary
Assistant Manager drives store efficiency by supporting the Store Manager with scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and safeguarding team safety, while Service Manager helps customers select tires and maintenance services, directs workflow of technicians, delivers customer satisfaction, and drives sales initiatives. Both roles involve supervising automotive personnel, delivering high-quality vehicle repair services, and contributing to a positive in-store experience with benefits including competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
