Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, assess customer needs, and communicate repair information to ensure satisfaction. Walk in during store hours for immediate interviews; open interviews available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
