Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in Vestavia Hills, AL. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently and safely, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, and upholds customer expectations and safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, communicates with customers about repairs and maintenance, delivers high-quality vehicle service, drives sales initiatives, and strives to meet customer satisfaction in-store. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
