Job Summary
Lead/assist store operations at Mavis Tire service centers as Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of vehicle repairs, meeting customer expectations, directing workflow of technicians, assisting customers with tire selections, delivering high-quality service, and driving sales initiatives while maintaining customer satisfaction and safety.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
