Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Mavis Tires & Brakes leads store operations under the Store Manager, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship while meeting customer expectations. Service Manager partners with customers to assist with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, drives sales, and ensures a positive in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform duties
