Job Summary
Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire in Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities include assisting Store Manager, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, directing workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, and supporting customer needs. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections, drive sales initiatives, coordinate repairs/maintenance, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee the workflow to deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
