Job Summary
Automotive Assistant & Service Manager roles at Mavis Tire Centers in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and meeting customer expectations. For Service Manager duties, assist customers with tire selections, direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction with in-store service. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or equivalent combination
