Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis: support the Store Manager to operate a busy automotive service and retail tire sales center, enforce policies and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, and deliver customer satisfaction. Service Manager duties include guiding workflow of technicians, assisting customers with tire selections, recommending necessary repairs, directing repair/maintenance work, communicating with customers, and driving sales initiatives while ensuring a positive in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
