Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at NTB/Mavis Tire in the Columbus/Westerville, OH area. Responsible for supporting the Store Manager to operate retail locations efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety of team members. Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, directing workflow of mechanics and tire technicians, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers about automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction with in-store experiences.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
