Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to drive sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Full-time role with competitive weekly pay and incentive compensation. Located in the Englishtown, NJ area. Requires at least 18 years of age, legal work authorization, and one year of experience in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
