Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining safety standards. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and direct the workflow of technicians to deliver high-quality service. Communicate directly with clients to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. This role operates at one of over 2,000 Mavis retail locations in the West Berlin, NJ area, where candidates must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S. with relevant automotive experience or training.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
