Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to enforce policies, schedule mechanics, manage outside orders, and ensure timely job completion while meeting customer expectations and maintaining team safety. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview or apply online.
Required Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- possess any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
