Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and repair recommendations. Communicate directly with clients to assess needs, provide repair information, and drive sales initiatives. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open interviews are available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
