Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively by enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards. Schedule mechanics, technicians, and tire specialists to manage outside orders, ensuring timely job completion and meeting customer expectations. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open interviews are available seven days a week.
