Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians and stage repair work while assessing customer needs, recommending services, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with their in-store experience and meet expectations. Walk in for an immediate interview during store hours or apply online.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
