Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct workflows for technicians, and drive sales initiatives while communicating directly to meet customer expectations. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, with open slots available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
