Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct workflow for technicians, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives while maintaining high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance standards. Walk-in interviews available 7 days a week; full-time role with competitive weekly pay, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
