Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Schedule mechanics and technicians' work, manage outside orders, and ensure the timely completion of jobs while meeting customer expectations and maintaining team safety. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance, while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on requested or necessary repairs, and drive sales initiatives. Walk in during store hours for immediate interviews or apply online; open interviews are available 7 days a week.
