Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of repair and tire technicians, stage vehicle maintenance work, and manage outside orders. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, assess customer needs, and communicate directly to ensure satisfaction. Support the Store Manager in operating retail locations efficiently, safely, and effectively. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week; call 844-375-3995 for questions.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
