Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians while assessing customer needs, recommending under-car repairs, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with in-store experiences and repair quality. This role operates at one of over 2,000 retail locations in the Milford, PA area, requiring candidates with 1 year of experience in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales

- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
