Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct the workflow of technicians, and stage vehicle repair work to meet customer expectations. Communicate directly with clients to assess needs and provide information on requested automotive maintenance. This role operates within Mavis's extensive network of over 2,000 retail locations in the Little Falls, NJ area, focusing on driving sales initiatives and delivering high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
