Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Schedule mechanics, technicians, and tire specialists' work while managing outside orders and directing the workflow of alignment and repair teams. Assess customer needs, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction with timely, high-quality vehicle maintenance. Meet customer expectations while driving sales initiatives across Burlington, NC locations.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
