Job Summary
Enforce established policies and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of repair and tire teams, manage outside orders, and deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance to meet customer expectations. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, communicating directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
