Job Summary
Enforce established policies and procedures while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly with clients to assess needs and ensure satisfaction with in-store experiences. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
