Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring quality job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians while assessing customer needs, recommending repairs, and driving sales initiatives to meet expectations. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview; open interviews available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
