Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct the workflow of technicians, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives and meet customer expectations across retail locations. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week; qualified candidates must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess one year of experience in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
