Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining team safety. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, then direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repairs. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Full-time role with weekly incentive compensation, health benefits, and 401(k) match. Walk-in interviews available daily.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
