Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians. Manage outside orders, ensure timely job completion, and maintain team safety. Direct workflow for mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repairs. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Walk in for interviews during store hours or apply online.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
