Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of alignment and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair work, and manage outside orders to maintain efficiency. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open slots are available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
