Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion while maintaining team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct the workflow of technicians, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure in-store satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives and deliver timely vehicle repair and maintenance to meet customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
